The drone reed supports are ideal for drone voices and can be manufactured in many different dimensions according to your specifications.
The "DZ" dimension is manufactured as standard with a tolerance of +0.04/+0.08mm, so that the clamping pin fits perfectly into the drilled receptacle and holds securely in place.
The surface of the reed supports is slightly convex and must be sanded flat by you - depending on your requirements.
A plastic strip made of polystyrene is usually tied to the surface with wax cord and pre-tensioned.
The reed supports are usually made of black POM.
